Peoples done got old

Peoples done got old.

I was looking around on Facebook,really I was searching for folks I knew from East Newnan,Ga.

People I was so called friends with back in the 60's.That was a sarcastic remark excuse me.

After deep thought I've come to the conclusion really they weren't that nicest of people.

As I lay here drinking hot tea with just a taste of honey and lemon listening to the Ramones on YouTube my mind is free and clear.

I can and will say those people back in the day I really don't like now or then.

So should I invite them to be my friends on Facebook....nahh that ain't going to happen.

You ain't all that

It erks me when someone walks by,you say hello and get no response.

Could it be they are deaf and just didn't hear me?

Could it be they were so busy in deep thought all outside communication was shut out?

Could it be they felt saying hello in return wasn't worthy of their time?

Could it be whatever?

I can forgive but forgetting is another thing.

Besides you really ain't all that.
